After trying a few mattress stores to no avail, we were feeling a tad dejected, but Rushen helped us find our perfect mattresses with utmost efficiency and enthusiasm. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. Rushen is a fairy gentleman and this is the best shopping experience I have had in ages. 5 stars!

Puffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy Puffy has an amazing guarantee and return policy. The product seemed really good, however, we had hoped that the mattress and adjustable base would address certain sleep issues. Unfortunately our particular issues did not improve, but this is not due to Puffy. Nonetheless, they quickly arranged a pick up to take the mattress and adjustable base away for donation. It was truly white glove service. Puffy has been exceptional throughout the whole process.

READ the fine print on RETURN POLICY The Puffy Company has a generous return policy ONLY if you buy directly from them online. I wanted to lie on the bed before purchase, so we sampled in store and bought from a retail store thinking they would follow the company policy. After sleeping on it one night, my back was killing me. I’ve never had back trouble before!!! The individual store WOULD NOT honor Puffy policy. I called the company and was told the return policy is left up to the retailer and the company return policy ONLY works for online sales. I am out the cost of two twin XL mattresses!

Puffy mattresses aren't built to last After sleeping on it for nearly 3 years and spending nearly $2k, my mattress has completely broken down. Puffy refuses to honor their Lifetime Warranty, because I'm unable to provide photos of an indentation measuring more than 1 1/2 inches. Puffy is clearly outsourcing production and using subpar materials, & if you dig deep, their headquarters are located in the middle east! This company is a scam.
