As I have told multiple friends who… As I have told multiple friends who have gotten the Puffy, It is life changing. I mean to sleep all night without moving because you are so relaxed that your body doesn't want to move is an experience we all should live with every night. The gentle message helps my back to where I am not sore in the mornings, and it also helps my wife with her neuropathy in her feet. We have been Puffy owners and have suggested

Will my mattress ever be delivered? Ordered a mattress on the 11th of March and it is now the 26th of March and the mattress has still not arrived. Numerous calls and emails and still no mattress!

Amazing product and great service Company was very good to work with. Mattress topper was amazing but unfortunately it was too plush for my wife and caused low back pain. We gave it a try for a couple months and her back wasn't getting any better. I contacted customer support about the issues and they started our refund process. They did not try and pressure me into keeping it, they just walked me through the process and refunded my purchase. My only complaint is that I had to go through the refund process. We loved the topper it was just 2 soft for us. (FYI I'm over 220lbs) and from what I've read recently I'm not supposed to use plush but instead have a firmer Mattress.

Puffy....the Whole package!!! Undecided ...but customer service very helpful! Contacted them twice, very prompt in reply and resolution! So far very pleased with company and my Puffy! Thought I loved the mattress THEN the pillows and sheets arrived!!! Why did I wait so long to purchase?!?!?!

A Happy Sleeper I did a LOT of research on beds before choosing Puffy. I studied ratings and comments across many sites, and Puffy was rated one of the top mattresses. I also weeded out foreign made mattresses as I wanted one made in USA. The Puffy Lux Hybrid Mattress itself was rated Medium/Firm, which is accurate. Needing a bit softer feel for myself I added a soft Puffy Mattress topper and now it is perfect! Oh - and their customer service is very responsive!
