The product seemed really good, however, we had hoped that the mattress and adjustable base would address certain sleep issues. Unfortunately our particular issues did not improve, but this is not due to Puffy. Nonetheless, they quickly arranged a pick up to take the mattress and adjustable base away for donation. It was truly white glove service. Puffy has been exceptional throughout the whole process.

False advertisement for refund after … False advertisement for refund after 101 day trial for pillows. In order to obtain your refund, they do not tell you that you have to show proof that you took it to a donation center with a photo copy of a receipt and send them a copy before you are reimbursed. So you do not return it to Puffy ,or a store that sells the product to be recycled. They make you go through the trouble to go to a donation center to deter you from attempting to get your refund. They should mention that in bold print after they advertise the 101 day risk free trial period .What a scam. I would hate to know what happens if your not satisfied with a mattress?

Puffy LIES about Lifetime Warranty! SCAM ALERT Company lies about the lifetime warranties AND the height of their mattresses! My mattress pad legit started to fall apart at 2 1/2 years and they denied my claim after I’ve used it very gently! Very unsettling. The emails I got were very rude and essentially flat out no for a legit claim. Horrible company. Also you can’t write reviews on their website unless you purchase and they send you a link and then you can’t edit your review and they give you a $350 coupon to write review so it’s a scam! Measure your mattress! Mine said it would expand a 14 inches and it only expanded to 11 instead of letting me return it back they sent me a complementary mattress pad for essentially lying.

I did what I was supposed to do review the product, send a screenshot of the review, now I'm waiting for a unique code that I have never received is this how your company do business? Again as I said this is the second time but I will make the Post online with Google trustpilot and others so that people will know not to do the review for a free pillow. Apparently the practice is to get the reviews but not send the product. How very very sad.

Amazing product and great service Company was very good to work with. Mattress topper was amazing but unfortunately it was too plush for my wife and caused low back pain. We gave it a try for a couple months and her back wasn't getting any better. I contacted customer support about the issues and they started our refund process. They did not try and pressure me into keeping it, they just walked me through the process and refunded my purchase. My only complaint is that I had to go through the refund process. We loved the topper it was just 2 soft for us. (FYI I'm over 220lbs) and from what I've read recently I'm not supposed to use plush but instead have a firmer Mattress.
