I wish I could give them 0 stars Buildium is the swiss army knife of property management software; they do everything poorly. It took days to get someone on the phone that could assist us with integration. Their add on services, like Property Inspector are terrible, and b/c they partner with another companies to provide the service, they have little to no control of the customer experience. Stay away!!!

Buildium software sophisticated product Buildium software is a very sophisticated product but can be used at any level of competency. The more features that you use the better it performs. Electronic payments, documents, leasing, all valuable aspects of this product. The integrations continue to add value plus training videos can help you get started and launch a very efficient process.

Buildium Works Buildium does a great job in helping us keep track and manage our properties. The financials are not as easy as a Quickbooks system, but we are able to keep the property accounts up to date. The lease renewal process gets confusing at times, but it works fair and we have found the work around's. The feature we like the most is keeping track of maintenance request and sending work orders to our vendors.

Don't sign up with this company Don't sign up with this company. Buildium charged us over $200.00 for nothing, Buildium only gave us $5000.00 limit per month, what can we do with $5000.00 limit per month? Buildium should let us know before charged us, it wasted time and money, Buildum refused refund, poor customer service and dishonest people.

Look elsewhere Software is decent once everything is up and running but the setup and support is terrible. Farmed out customer service with terrible follow through and no accountability. Cheaper options are out there now with as good of software and better setup/support.
