Great Software / Minor glitches The software has been a great update for our office. The difficult part is with any property that has splits, the reports do not show the split figures which is confusing to the owners. We also run into some issues with lease renewals and the default letter for those but we have adjusted as needed.

Buildium used to be great. Now not so great. Buildium is great. But I would not recommend it to new landlords. The background search function is entirely broken. It used to work but for some reason, Buidlium decided to switch to a new provider. That provider is terrible. So that's my review. I like Buildium but I would not recommend it.

Buildium is an excellent site, but Canadians lack services Buildium is an excellent site. Being from Canada though, there are things that they do which are not useful to us, and things we wish they did, but probably the number os Canadian clients might not justify the expense. Canadian tax system for example. Another problem is that tenant payments by credit card are not extended to Canada. Don't know why, we were no offered a reason.

Stay away Stay away! Horrible service, salesmen, and support team!! A Buildium sales rep signed me up under the agreement that I could connect my credit cards to Buildium's accounting software. Upon signing up, I realized this to be not true. I promptly contacted him to have my account closed and he essentially ghosted me. I reached out to the customer service team and they told me they had processed my cancellation and that I should receive a refund. I never did, so I followed up over the course of two weeks and still have yet to hear anything back. They are now trying to charge me again and continue my subscription despite the fact that I have IN WRITING that my account was canceled. Buyer beware!!!

Buildium software sophisticated product Buildium software is a very sophisticated product but can be used at any level of competency. The more features that you use the better it performs. Electronic payments, documents, leasing, all valuable aspects of this product. The integrations continue to add value plus training videos can help you get started and launch a very efficient process.
