Failed setup - lack of support The software seems really solid. The implementation is terrible. They don't have enough implementation specialist to help with setup. Getting appointments with them are scheduled weeks out and spread too far apart to get any moment on a set up. We have had to delay a failure on our attempt with Buildium, demand a refund, and select another provider. They could be good, they just aren't staffed to make it work.

Buildium charged us over $200.00 for nothing, Buildium only gave us $5000.00 limit per month, what can we do with $5000.00 limit per month? Buildium should let us know before charged us, it wasted time and money, Buildum refused refund, poor customer service and dishonest people.

I been from resident side I been from resident side, and my payment went missing. After two weeks trying to contact customer support, is a disaster, they do not call you back. I end up calling my bank and opening a claim getting a refund. First had good experience, now highly do not recommend to use this platform.

I've used many apartment managing… I've used many apartment managing software's. Buildium is by far the best. It is user friendly for the residents, and power enough for management. Many features make it easy to email statements and balance due notifications. Financials are good and easy to import/export when needed. Maintenance tickets in the system are easy to manage and I like the ability to update the residents on progress and repair schedule. It makes us show that we are on our game and let them know that they are important and we are on our repairs. I could go on and on about the pros of Buildium. Highly recommend.

Look elsewhere Software is decent once everything is up and running but the setup and support is terrible. Farmed out customer service with terrible follow through and no accountability. Cheaper options are out there now with as good of software and better setup/support.
