CABuildium is an excellent site, but Canadians lack services Buildium is an excellent site. Being from Canada though, there are things that they do which are not useful to us, and things we wish they did, but probably the number os Canadian clients might not justify the expense. Canadian tax system for example. Another problem is that tenant payments by credit card are not extended to Canada. Don't know why, we were no offered a reason.

GBWe love the options for our tenants or… We love the options for our tenants or owners to pay online and they can view their reports and payments. It’s been so fun learning this system! We highly recommend it to others. Wish we could have started sooner with Buildium. We are growing our business and having this system in place with be a great bonus!

GBFailed setup - lack of support The software seems really solid. The implementation is terrible. They don't have enough implementation specialist to help with setup. Getting appointments with them are scheduled weeks out and spread too far apart to get any moment on a set up. We have had to delay a failure on our attempt with Buildium, demand a refund, and select another provider. They could be good, they just aren't staffed to make it work.

GBI wish I could give them 0 stars Buildium is the swiss army knife of property management software; they do everything poorly. It took days to get someone on the phone that could assist us with integration. Their add on services, like Property Inspector are terrible, and b/c they partner with another companies to provide the service, they have little to no control of the customer experience. Stay away!!!

GBPoor supporting and customer service. Regretting moving to Buildium I suggested my company move to Buildium almost one and half months ago. I already regretted. The courses from Buildium are good. However, the staff and customer services are horrible. We applied epay for a month or so ago, now still not working. The compliance team were slow and arrogant, many times just replying one simple sentence not giving constructive guidance. Other supporting team either not respond or slow. We may end up to take paper checks for current month fro many tenants, although we switched to Buildium one and half months ago. Not a good start at all. Disappointed.
