GBBig promises - left out to dry once the free evaluation time expired Unfortunately for us it was a typical sales pitch that promised the world, but delivered nothing. We even paid a handsome sum for customization, but after four months of testing and missed deadline on Mhelpdesk part we decided to stay with the old software we still use today (BlueFolder). We liked the interface and the look, but it was all smoke and mirrors. There was no effort on the development team to make things right at all, and we felt like they just didn't care. I hate writing bad reviews, but after not even being offered a partial refund I decided to help others avoid the unpleasant experience we had. There was never any follow-up to see what went wrong and attempt to make things right, or find what went wrong. Bad sign.

GBNo after hours support. Our business is 24 by 7 Our business is 24 by 7. This company closes at 5 pm week days and closed on the weekend... ITS A HELP DESK COMPANY FOR GOD'S SAKE!!! No after-hours support (.) The login site down and we have no tracking of or tasks (.)

GBThis is what you get when dealing with… This is what you get when dealing with millennials! Our program has never worked right and I have wasted countless hours on the phone with them. It's super slow, even the guy who tried to help me from their service dept said it was slow! He was supposed to get back to me never did. It freezes up constantly. It doesn't save information even after I save it and wait and save it and wait. It shows the green save bar, I close it then the information is gone! My favorite is when I close it and it doesn't close, over and over. totally unpredictable and you can't trust it!! If it was as fasts me I could get so much more done instead of constantly re-doing my work to get it in there. I wish my boss would dump it. I have been using this program since Jan 2019.

GBISSUE RESOLVED!! IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT, BUT THE HAPPINESS TEAM CAME THROUGH IN A BIG WAY TODAY!! THE AUTO RULES TOOK A LOT TO GO THROUGH BUT THEY DID GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED WHICH WAS A RELATIVELY EASY FIX FOR ME ONCE THEY FOUND IT. THE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT HOWEVER, WAS NOT ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL SO THEREFORE ONLY 4 STARS. THE DIRECTIONS WERE CLEAR AND CONCISE SO LED ME TO AN EASY RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE.
