Basic system. Great for those just starting out. Customer service responds quickly and they are very pleasant. Beyond that there are issues. Useful features that do work are changed or eliminated with out any notice so things will just randomly stop working as they had been. Super frustrating! That prompts you to take time to reach out which garners the usual response of "we made changes, so sorry". I've been offering up feed back for a year on this product. I never receive any feedback other than a canned email. Things that we would like to see work better are ignored. It's been an awful experience thus far prompting us to research a new CRM. The system is basic and leaves me doing much of my job manually via spreadsheets etc.

ISSUE RESOLVED!! IT TOOK A LITTLE BIT, BUT THE HAPPINESS TEAM CAME THROUGH IN A BIG WAY TODAY!! THE AUTO RULES TOOK A LOT TO GO THROUGH BUT THEY DID GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED WHICH WAS A RELATIVELY EASY FIX FOR ME ONCE THEY FOUND IT. THE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOT HOWEVER, WAS NOT ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL SO THEREFORE ONLY 4 STARS. THE DIRECTIONS WERE CLEAR AND CONCISE SO LED ME TO AN EASY RESOLUTION TO MY ISSUE.

SCAM!!! DON'T DO IT!!! This program is an absolute scam. I come from over 20 years in IT, web, database development. I've used it for over 2 years because my lead company requires me to. This program was very poorly designed from the very beginning and is full of so many bugs and its only consistency is its inconsistency of functions throughout the program. It can NOT be customized to the user's desires as the forms and reports are not user friendly. The data you enter is not able to be used to filter the data you get out. There is NO development team as the customer support wants you to believe as they have never released fixes/updates for any of these obvious bugs. They are there to take your money, provide support to users to be able to use it as it is, and that's it. DO NOT DO IT.

Worst decision we made! We expected so much more from mHelpDesk based on the initial customer service experience. The number of issues once we were using the software were unacceptable and our overall impression of mHelpDesk quickly went from "We love this!" to "The WORST DECISION we made!!"

We have been using this crm for almost… We have been using this crm for almost a year now and it just has way too many issues that instead of helping us run a better business is creating problems for us. The schedule is impossible to read and see when some one is available maybe is we have too many employees idk. When you schedule an all day job with their "all day" job feature it gives them 12am to 12pm times instead of our hours of operation which are marked on the settings. It makes absolutely no sense. And I've contacted them about it so is not like I don't know ho to use it. They have a cool feature to take a deposit from clients but when you transfer everything to quickbooks it splits the checks in 2 and I now have a huge mess in my quickbooks that makes me cringe as I write about it. There is no way to follow up on estimates, no follow up system, no way to schedule follow ups or keep up with when to call them back. And the last thing the don't have a way to select what an individual employee sees, they either see everything or nothing. The staff is no problem, the problem is managers. I want them to see only what is assigned to them not our entire data. This are not small issues, this makes everything harder. I've contacted them about this issues several times. And all they do is tell me to send an email with my feedback. And that is why I am only giving this a 1 star rating.
