Good hosting for cheap This is a great hosting service. It's fast, reliable, and the customer service is great. The customer service reps in the chat will help you with the more basic service features, and if they don't know something (such as how to allow VPN traffic for example) they will refer you to creating a ticket. While their ticket service is a bit slower than I'd want they do a fantastic job and have answered my questions flawlessly. In some instances they have done the site improvements themselves for the questions I've asked.

They abused an Appsumo deal and sold… They abused an Appsumo deal and sold thousands of deals, then they locked the access and destroyed all hosted content of customers. Never replied and stole the money. Do not purchase anything from these scammers.

SCAMMERS NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL BEAWARE Extremely unhappy lost trust as their site has been down since months even their emails bounces back. Their forms have been malfunctioned since months as well and they have remove chat support. They don't even bother sending you an advance notification if there are any major works going on. They even had there service down for weeks.

Trash—wouldn't use even if free Website offline every 2-3 months. Then they got hacked and lost our website completely (incl. all backups). No reply to support tickets. Other issues with SSL, emails bouncing. Trash, wouldn't recommend even if free.

The WORST hosting "deal" in history Purchased a three code stack on AppSumo, but immediately started having unexplained outages, so I refunded two of them. Missed the window on refunding the third, so I have been a witness to the train wreck of a dumpster fire that has been RootPal for the last year. Down for weeks/months, broken promises, now it appears to be completely down. I assume for good. I consider it a lost cause at this point.
