Nextcloud is amazing As I was looking into a Nextcloud solution for a while, I purchased Tier 1 on AppSumo. I started by migrating my WordPress website first though. There were some issues accessing the site after that, but these were solved rather quickly by the Rootpal Support team. Now I am gradually setting up my Nextcloud instance. At first, the instance was slow to non-responsive but this was again solved in a timely way by the Support guys. I haven`t explored all possibilities yet, but I am quite satisfied that I obtained this deal.

Rootpal is Dishonest and a Thief!!! Rootpal is the worst hosting company I’ve ever seen. They go down all the time but have bogus uptime reports on their site showing near perfect uptime. They sold a bunch of lifetime hosting deals but I fully expect them to just shut down and disappear. EDIT: I have not had any service at all for a full month. They supposedly have several different servers so I created a ticket asking them to setup my account on an operational server. Several days passed and they just closed the ticket with no response. I reopened the ticket and a week passed and they closed the ticket again. I purchased their lifetime deal and Rootpal has literally stolen the money and refused to provide service.

This company is terrible This company is terrible. They sold their service with a lifetime license on Appsumo. Support was reasonable in terms of response times to start with, but around a month ago, they lost a lot of servers due to what seems like a data breach. They have not communicated with customers. I actually found out when a client's website wouldn't load and they contacted me. And the cause was on an obscure post on their LinkedIn profile. Since then they have refused to answer support tickets. Responses from me get automatically closed down when they themselves don't reply back. Stay away from them if you value your content and time.

If you want to lose access to sites and the host not respond. Choose rootpal Customer services are yet to respond to issued notified weeks ago. I own multiple websites and all are down. Root pal for the whole of this month have not responded. Contact has been made via website and their social media messaging. The service is unacceptable.

Pathetic Hosting provider Absolute garbage hosting provider, gave promises on lifetime hosting and half of the time the services are down and not even providing refund too Bought the deal from stocksocial which is also known as scam social.
