GBNextcloud is amazing As I was looking into a Nextcloud solution for a while, I purchased Tier 1 on AppSumo. I started by migrating my WordPress website first though. There were some issues accessing the site after that, but these were solved rather quickly by the Rootpal Support team. Now I am gradually setting up my Nextcloud instance. At first, the instance was slow to non-responsive but this was again solved in a timely way by the Support guys. I haven`t explored all possibilities yet, but I am quite satisfied that I obtained this deal.

CATrash—wouldn't use even if free Website offline every 2-3 months. Then they got hacked and lost our website completely (incl. all backups). No reply to support tickets. Other issues with SSL, emails bouncing. Trash, wouldn't recommend even if free.

ATIrresponsible and unreliable. It looks like Rootpal doesn't know what they're doing which causes big damanges to people who trusted Rootpal, myself included. I was an early adopter to Rootapal only to find myself being scammed by their unreliable services. One of my worst decisions. I do not recommend Rootpal hosting.

GBAwesome Awesome Awesome Was a little skeptical. But now I am impressed with the set of products. Dedicated - yeah! SSH access, node.js hosting, various caching methods, ruby, web firewall, antivirus, git sync, SSL (free LetsEncrypt or pay for your own)... Good customer service. Yes, it may seem a little "techy", but one should not expect a personal IT and Web Development manager for site migration and installation for this price. I had an issue migrating the non-WordPress websites and Armando was friendly and prompt. All good. Godspeed Rootpal!

NLDo you want a website that is 99% down?! Do you want a website that is 99% down instead of up?! Do you want a cloud storage where data ISN'T secured and unavailable for 99,99%? The rootpal is your company to go to! Never in my life had such a bad experience with a hosting company in every single way. More down then up, they are never to blame, always due to whmcs, Plesk you fill in another company/system if you want... Support NOT there, logging into account down for God knows how long now. This hell been going on for months, I restored own backups and moved all to reliable hosting companies.
