GBShady cancellation policy They were good to work with at first - and then they switched from a downloaded software to a web portal and it SUUUUUUCKS. Then when you try to cancel they hit you with a 90-day cancellation?! They keep charging my credit card even though the 90 days have expired. They are burning every bridge with this cancellation deal. I would have given them a decent recommendation before but not now. I won't be working with them ever again.

GBIf zero was an option - I would rate LivePerson a zero Simply the worst customer service that I have experienced from a web based company....EVER! Nearly impossible account management portal. And, surprise, the account cancellation page "doesn't work". Avoid at all costs. There are better providers at a lower cost with FAR superior customer service than LivePerson!

GBDo not even think using them I started using them for a day as I realised how complicated product it was and I made the biggest mistake. As a developer myself I would expect something easy to plugin and play but this is far from it. They also keep sending invoices although I officially emailed them about I don't want to use their product on the first day of using it.

GBWorst company to contact, won't let you cancel I actually wish there was a zero stars options. I've tried to reach my "account manager" numerous times this year to PAY THEM MORE MONEY and upgrade my account but no one ever gets back to me. They claim no one in the company has a phones if you ask to speak with someone. Now I just want to cancel but I can't even do that because the "account manager" needs to do it. If you are a manager at liveperson please do something about this. Now I just have to contact my credit card company to stop payments to you because there is no other option.
