Purchased directly via Logitech uk site, no update on my order status after a week and so checked the email to note in the smaller print that orders are managed in the UK by Digital River, never heard of them and hope to not again. Won’t buy from Logitech site again.

GBThey will steal your credit card information I made a purchase thru mycommerce.com a subsidiary of digital river. It was the only transaction my credit card made as it was new. Shortly after I was bombarded by denials from my bank saying someone was trying to buy items from Carolina Herrera, a luxury brand in New York City. Stay far far away from this company as someone who works for them is skimming this data from inside the company. I will NEVER use them nor do business with any company that uses digital river.

DKDigitalriver protecting scammers. I got scammed by a company called PassFab who use DigitalRiver product MyCommerce. I sought technical assistance at myCommerce, and unfortunately they closed the case without any explanation. Seems like Digitalriver supporting and protecting scammers. Be aware of them please.

GBThey Auto renewed a software that I do… They Auto renewed a software that I do not want. I am jumping through hoops to try and get AN almost $200 refund. I found the same software renewal for $39 DO NOT USE THEM

CASHAM order processing/online shop operator These guys operate the onkine store for trend micro and process the payments on they behalf... O purchased a product from trend micro last year and JUST, OUT-OF-THE-BLUE received a “renewal” notice from these guys TO EHICH THEY ILLEGALLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD😡😡😡 ***UPDATE: APRIL 24, 2024*** I contacted trend micro and they said digital rivers area to issue refunds and debit from accounts…. And dont bother trying to contact these guys via email or telephone CAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER and they “automated” email messaging centre DOESNT RECOGNIZE the “order number”
