AUI made a subscription to watch karate… I made a subscription to watch karate videos through Vimeo. In January 2024, I attempted to watch the videos and in attempting to do so, it said that my subscription had expired. What I didn’t realise was that Vimeo was continuing to take payments out of my account every month even though I couldn’t watch the videos. It is very difficult to contact Vimeo apart from speaking to a robot. I am still trying to sort out the problem.

GBI wouldn't chose this product solely based on your advert.. I wouldn't chose this product solely on your new advert.. As a white English male the product is clearly not aimed at me then. Your advertisement features three black people an Asian person and a Chinese person.. So I feel excluded.

NOVimeo-so-slow removes crucial videos whilst appeals pending! Like many other users recently, I'm a professional filmmaker fallen foul of Vimeo using rubbishy algorithms to wrongly flag licensed music. Worse still, after you waste hours finding and submitting the documentation, they take much longer than 48hrs to respond and yet REMOVE your video while the appeal is current. This is neither professional nor acceptable. Both I and the composer and of the film‘s music, are extremely dissatisfied with Vimeo's procedures. Start with the presumption of innocence, not guilt ... and at least get enough human staff to deal with it within the 48hr timeframe. If you're looking for video hosting there are many alternatives to the tired and increasingly commercial Vimeo now like streamable et al. I've begun the process of moving things to one of them; it's time to ditch this company.

GBAvoid these scammers Not only the site is full of GLITCHES. While you are uploading a video you can't write information about it, you have start all over again, because they CANT COPE WITH THE SIMPLE DEMAND. MOREOVER, I have had a subscription for YEARS with this company. They sent me a notification saying that the music I was using in a video was claimed by someone, but they don't provide documents, names or PROOF. Just a link to a video that one could barely understand what was it about. I got the music from a creative commons directory, but, what does Vimeo do? They remove the video. No proof, no evidence, no discussion. It almost feels like this company is from the country that goes around the world doing whatever they want... oh wait, of course. Gringolandia. Who do you think you are?
