Don't purchase Neocutis products from Dermavenue I am wondering if you are buying substandard products from Neocutis and then selling them on your website. I have been buying the Neocutis Journee sunscreen for years. Usually from my cosmetic dermatologist. But since I only see her every 3-5 months, I started buying it from your website. I have had to throw away the last two bottles because the pumps malfunctioned. A problem that I never had when buying it from my doctor. You can see that I have been loyal customer and have enjoyed the convenience of purchasing my Neocutis products from you. But for now I am done. Would not recommend you as a source to any of my girlfriends.

Customer service reached out after original review and made the situation right. I truly appreciate this.

It is very hard to navigate on the website It is very hard to navigate on this website. Too many pop ups and as you try to type something in the search bar, pop ups interrupt the experience and you end up clicking on something else. Also the sold out products don’t show as sold out in the search result, and when you click on it, you learn that the product is out of stock. It needs some work regarding user experience.
