GBOrdered my items Ordered my items. Received them in a few days and everything was great. Re ordered my items and they were on back order but I wasn’t notified until I inquired about it. When I did inquire about it I received a prompt response and the person was very friendly informed me I would be receiving my package Tuesday although I ended to receiving it Wednesday.

CAI had an ordinry experience at… I had an ordinry experience at Dermavenue. There seem to be a good choice of products on tehir website, and the desricptions of the items seemed to be detailed and mathematy correct. The prices ale soemwhat resonable, too. Don't explect a 5-star chevron here, but it's almost good. I do like that there's plenty of information and customer service is friendly. All up, a decent spot to shop onlie if you're looking for good value care prducts.

GBI had an ok experience with… I had an ok experience with dermavenue.com. The service wasn't remarkable, but at least it was satisfactory. The staff wasn't spectacularly friendly or helpful but they were polite and attended to me adequately. The purchase itsef was middlin, not extraordinary in any way but it did fulfill my needs and was priced reasonably. All in all, alright, but kind of middle of the road.

GBIt is very hard to navigate on the website It is very hard to navigate on this website. Too many pop ups and as you try to type something in the search bar, pop ups interrupt the experience and you end up clicking on something else. Also the sold out products don’t show as sold out in the search result, and when you click on it, you learn that the product is out of stock. It needs some work regarding user experience.

GBDermAvenue is a 5 star company in all… DermAvenue is a 5 star company in all aspects. Their customer service, their products, prices, and shipping. I have NEVER had any bad experiences with them. I am definitely a customer for life. There prices and sales are like no other medical grade retailer out there. And, I have done my homework on comparison shopping! Keep up the best work Dermavenue!!!
