Great experience all around Great experience all around. Placed an order on 5/23, and the item was delivered in perfect condition on 6/6. This piece appeared to be on back order everywhere else, but Scout & Nimble had it in stock and on sale. I contacted them over email before ordering to confirm that it's available. I was a bit sceptical when I placed my order as I was still recovering from a really bad shopping experience with another seller trying to buy this same item. However, Scout & Nimble pleasantly surprised me.

Very high return fee and prices higher than competitors A $40 return fee for a light and small mini table lamp does not feel right and is inconsistent with your competitors’ policies. Moreover, I looked into instead exchanging the product (a Poldina Pro mini lamp) for a larger size, but you have priced the 15 inch Poldina Pro $30 higher than every other retailer in the market including Poldina Pro direct. So it does not make sense to purchase this from you. Very disappointed.

Not Transparent, Unable to Deliver Order has been delayed over four times - never with any rationale. "You're next in line! When our inventory is replenished your items will be prepared for shipment." They then respond with "all time frames are estimated and not guaranteed" if you write in. Buy elsewhere.

Quick and helpful chat support Had a question about some pillows I was considering and was able to get an answer right away from support. I ended up getting a similar pair that their design team recommended. Love the chat feature and that they have designers on hand to offer recommendations—saved me lots of time searching for an alternative.
