Stress free return I ordered outdoor dining chairs that looked different in person than the online photos. Shopping online is hard and the color was just off. Dianna at Scout & Nimble was extremely helpful in working with the supplier tp accept the return and then coordinating the pick up of 10(!) chairs. Such a relief to get this resolved without a hiccup. It makes a big difference when ordering online and I will be trusting Scout & Nimble with these bigger purchases in the future.

Not Transparent, Unable to Deliver Order has been delayed over four times - never with any rationale. "You're next in line! When our inventory is replenished your items will be prepared for shipment." They then respond with "all time frames are estimated and not guaranteed" if you write in. Buy elsewhere.

Quick and helpful chat support Had a question about some pillows I was considering and was able to get an answer right away from support. I ended up getting a similar pair that their design team recommended. Love the chat feature and that they have designers on hand to offer recommendations—saved me lots of time searching for an alternative.

Great price and delivery time but a box would've been better We appreciated the sale price, delivery was on time and the items ordered were just as described...very cute! One thing we would've preferred is that the items had come in a box and not a padded envelope. They could've been damaged if the padded envelope had gotten crushed by a large package. Otherwise, we're happy with our purchase. Thanks!
