Fantastic Very please! I bought my chair in 2017 and it finally started to wear out and was uncomfortable. I called in requesting replacement parts as only the seat portion was messed up. Thomas informed me due to back order they were not able to get me a part for some time. Due to the inconvenience, he offered me free embroidering on the purchase of a new chair. A small gesture but appreciated none-the-less. The chair shipped immediately and was here in 2 days. Fantastic customer service

We just love the comfort And adjustable… We just love the comfort And adjustable levels for reclining. The XL seat did not allow quite enough room for comfort under desk when we 1st received it. Contacted customer service and immediately solved our issue with a short cylinder replacement option. It arrived in a few days and we swapped them out. Now it's a perfect fit under desk. We couldn't be more pleased with the chair and our experience with customer service! We highly recommend. Good quality chair with exceptional customer service.

Great Experience! Great experience! I purchased a custom logo and embroidery for my chair and they offered several mock ups, additional design ideas, and walked me through the entire process. It was better than I hoped. The chair arrived very quickly for something custom, was really easy to put together thanks to the included instructions, and works flawlessly and feels great!
