Chair is exactly what I needed Chair is so supportive. I haven't had any of the back or hip pain from working 10-2+ hours/day at my desk. I asked Customer Service prior to purchasing what would work best for my needs and the advice was just right. I also did have trouble with the right armrest not locking into the position when selected and they sent me a replacement part within 24 hours.
