GBFantastic Very please! I bought my chair in 2017 and it finally started to wear out and was uncomfortable. I called in requesting replacement parts as only the seat portion was messed up. Thomas informed me due to back order they were not able to get me a part for some time. Due to the inconvenience, he offered me free embroidering on the purchase of a new chair. A small gesture but appreciated none-the-less. The chair shipped immediately and was here in 2 days. Fantastic customer service

GBMy 5-star Base Broke My 5-star Base Broke, and I was happy to see that you offered replacements for a reasonable price. Replacement was easy, but needed youtube guidance. I would recommend how-to videos for at-home replacement parts, which would be a nice touch in the future, similar to your assembly videos.
