They are prompt with responses, courteous, and very professional. I called at least five other companies, and they didn’t even come close to the customer service or capabilities of Need for Seat. They definitely get a thumbs up from me!

The XL seat with tall cylinder is… The XL seat with tall cylinder is fantastic. Perfect height adjustment for my desk, comfortable, roomy, all the options with arm rest, very sturdy feeling, safe getting when 6'2" 285 leans back in it. Getting seat back attached was slightly difficult lining up bolts, side covers don't quite fit as nice as I'd want and the screw is to long. It's a tad hard on the seating and the lumbar pillow is no use behind the back but I would but another one in a heartbeat. Fantastic product.
