Tricky assembly, mislabeled pieces, no instructions included Received my desk, the box was all but destroyed from the delivery. There were no instructions within the box, had to call the company + have them email me the instructions. Almost all the bags within the box were mislabeled which made assembling a bug challenge. Not v easy to follow instructions + a bit of a complex assembly...if you don't normally build things from bottom up. Am happy w my desk, it's not the greatest, but enough for what I need.

Although one bag of connectors was… Although one bag of connectors was missing, Bestier worked with me to get the replacements. When it was determined that I could purchase them locally, they issued a partially refund to cover the cost. The payment showed up in my account within a couple of hours of my emailing them a copy of the receipt. I've never seen such a fast response. The is unbelievable. On another note, the desk is very nice and very well constructed. I highly recommend this company. Dave

5 Star Experience Customer Service was very helpful and met my needs each time I reached out. The process was fast and their responses were answered in a timely manner. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Great Customer Service I bought a computer desk. One of the pieces had a scratch but I decide it wasn't worth the hassle. 4 months later the desk drawer ball bearings broke. I contacted the customer service department about the drawer. They were wonderful they sent replacement parts right away. I mentioned the piece that had the scratch and they replaced that too. I would buy their product just for the customer service alone. They always followed up and provided tracking numbers on my replacement pieces. Kudos to them!!!

Fedex completely destroyed the box that… Fedex completely destroyed the box that the furniture came in, however since bestier packaged it well, nothing was broken. Assembling it was very easy. Please ditch fedex as the box was almost the the point of falling apart.
