GBGreat Customer Service I bought a computer desk. One of the pieces had a scratch but I decide it wasn't worth the hassle. 4 months later the desk drawer ball bearings broke. I contacted the customer service department about the drawer. They were wonderful they sent replacement parts right away. I mentioned the piece that had the scratch and they replaced that too. I would buy their product just for the customer service alone. They always followed up and provided tracking numbers on my replacement pieces. Kudos to them!!!

GBI had a damaged piece in the package⦠I had a damaged piece in the package for the desk I ordered. The customer service team at Bestier had a second desk delivered to me less than 48 hours later.

GBBetter than expected It arrived on time and well-packaged. The final result turned out better than expected, too. My only gripe is with the instructions; I often found they lacked clarity. (Words to go with the sometimes vague images would've helped.) Design-wise, the entertainment center is great! I only wish the holes for cable management were better positioned.

GBBroken pieces made right When our desk arrived, there were two broken pieces. I reached out to Bestier and they made it right. I would look to use their products again.

GBWell designed furniture and awesome support. I got an entertainment center and coffee table with LED lighting. The furniture is very well made and solid. It used 'cam lock' joints but also has dowel pins for added stability. The support is awesome. I wanted an extra light strip to finish off the wall with the entertainment center and they were more than helpful.
