GBFantastic customer service! I had an issue with the seat of a chair I had for only 4 months. While not technically covered under the warranty, Hinomi went out of their way to make the situation right. A replacement was sent along with instructions on how to remove and replace the seat. All during the process Hinomi was in contact to make sure any issues I had were addressed.

GBChair and customer service is great Chair and customer service is great. FedEx had a bad label on shipping and chair got returned mid way upon contacting customer service shipped another chair right away and were very courteous. Hoping to use it for years to come.

GBExcellent Customer Service I liked the chair and I thought it was well made for my size at least. I'm 5'2" and 128 pounds. Although the chair didn't suit my needs well, the service and responses from Hinomi were excellent. They responded to my questions almost immediately by email and promptly gave me all the information I needed. Excellent customer service!
