GB10/10 return policy and customer service The chair wasn’t for me. But customer service was fantastic at returning. 30 day policy gave me plenty of time to really try it out and see if I could adjust. If you’re even considering the purchase, try it knowing this company has your back either way.

GBFantastic customer service! I had an issue with the seat of a chair I had for only 4 months. While not technically covered under the warranty, Hinomi went out of their way to make the situation right. A replacement was sent along with instructions on how to remove and replace the seat. All during the process Hinomi was in contact to make sure any issues I had were addressed.

GBOrdered TWO chairs Ordered TWO chairs. ONLY one arrived and was very late from original date. NO notification or messages from Hinomi as to why only one arrived. TO make it worse they have NO phone number to contact. ANY company that is afraid to offer phone support is questionable.
