10/10 return policy and customer service The chair wasn’t for me. But customer service was fantastic at returning. 30 day policy gave me plenty of time to really try it out and see if I could adjust. If you’re even considering the purchase, try it knowing this company has your back either way.

Excellent Customer Service I liked the chair and I thought it was well made for my size at least. I'm 5'2" and 128 pounds. Although the chair didn't suit my needs well, the service and responses from Hinomi were excellent. They responded to my questions almost immediately by email and promptly gave me all the information I needed. Excellent customer service!

Excellent Ergonomic Chair Very good chair. I have taken on star off my rating because it is just so time consuming to get the right adjustment … but maybe that is simply a sign of how flexible the chair is. I just have to make sure that my wife does not try to sit on it and ruin my adjustments….
