Help completing order Placing an order this morning I had trouble signing into my account. I chatted with Sam who was most helpful and courteous and patient. Being a little older with some hearing impairment, it's always a bonus when the representative speaks clearly and slow enough for me to understand what is being said. Worked like a charm. I have refilled cartridges before and found that this package of color and black inks worked very well. Appreciate the bottles themselves. Unlike the others I had purchased in the past at Staples, the bottles re-seal very well and neither leak nor do the caps disintegrate. Good prices too even with shipping!

I've never had ink recognition problems… I've never had ink recognition problems from my Epson using refills, but 2 of the cartridges sent by 123refills failed despite every effort to resolve. I went on Chat, and Steve was outstanding. He upped the issue to the support team, and they will resolve my problem with new cartridges. Thanks 123!

Overall good but printer still blinks error Well-priced, good shipping time, high quality toner--I don't notice any difference in print quality. Worked well right out of the box. The only issue is that the Canon printer still blinks 'error' and says 'check cartridge'. I understand this is because it is a refilled cartridge and not an official Canon one (at over 3x the price). Would be nice if the chip (or whatever) was reset so it didn't do that.
