The company has been nothing short of fantastic to work with and their incredible response time helps keep businesses up and running. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. We called with a question, they sent out some parts, free of charge. Our problem was solved and we are grateful to be a part of the GEO KNIGHT family!! :) We have two heat presses currently and will only purchase from Geo Knight Co in the future. Absolutely amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service. Had my large format press break unexpectedly. The part is a large piece of cast metal that is 100% needed to use the press and one that doesn't usually break so it's not available on their regular parts site. Aaron was able to get the part shipped out in a day via next day air. I was expecting a huge bill for this unusual piece but it was only $140 on a $14K press! I will be buying all of my presses from GeoKnight from here on.

Customer Service - Sublimation Product Knowledge We received prompt, professional and courteous response to our inquiry. Complete information was provided via email with multiple solution options. We were able to address our issues and effect an immediate remedy. We were back into production within 30 minutes. Initially, we inquired with one of our sublimation suppliers but they were unable to help beyond what we already tried. Geo Knight was able to pinpoint the issue right away and offer a fix just as quickly.
