Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. We called with a question, they sent out some parts, free of charge. Our problem was solved and we are grateful to be a part of the GEO KNIGHT family!! :) We have two heat presses currently and will only purchase from Geo Knight Co in the future. Quick friendly excellent service! One of our heat presses was overheating. I called their customer service for some help. Suzanne was very friendly and quickly emailed a troubleshooting guide to me that was specific to our problem. The first solution on their guide solved our problem (loose temp sensor wire) and we were back up and running within 5 minutes. Truly stellar experience!

Absolutely amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service. Had my large format press break unexpectedly. The part is a large piece of cast metal that is 100% needed to use the press and one that doesn't usually break so it's not available on their regular parts site. Aaron was able to get the part shipped out in a day via next day air. I was expecting a huge bill for this unusual piece but it was only $140 on a $14K press! I will be buying all of my presses from GeoKnight from here on.

Great Equipment, Better Support!! My GeoKnight equipment has been battle tested for years, I've had two issues, one with my DK20 and most recently with my DK3. Both instances, equipment was out of warranty, The website is very helpful in solving any issues, but the personal customer support from Aaron and the team have been nothing short of outstanding!! Always prompt, courteous, sensible knowledge and guidance. To top it off, it amazes me how this equipment is designed and built! Very user friendly and serviceable!! Knowing my equipment is aging, I've entertained and even researched some other manufacturers. After this last episode, I (P&R Photos LLC) will never own anything other than GeoKnight!! Period!

New to heat press and Geo Knight is so helpful! I'm very new to the heat press world and it seems like I have questions at every turn. Luckily the people at Geo Knight, Aaron specifically, have been extremely helpful. He wastes no time getting back with troubleshooting tips and ideas and has helped me solve all of my heat pressing issues so far. He is also considerate and encouraging.
