New to heat press and Geo Knight is so helpful! I'm very new to the heat press world and it seems like I have questions at every turn. Luckily the people at Geo Knight, Aaron specifically, have been extremely helpful. He wastes no time getting back with troubleshooting tips and ideas and has helped me solve all of my heat pressing issues so far. He is also considerate and encouraging. Perfect Customer Service Every time I need some help or guidance, I send an email and, literary, in less than an hour (last time I think was a whole 5 minutes! of waiting) Aaron or any other support member, I receive a perfect answer. He gave me the product code and the web address, I ordered the product and received next day, in the morning, without paying rush!!! We got 7 presses from them and 0% regrets. The machines are awesome

Quick friendly excellent service! One of our heat presses was overheating. I called their customer service for some help. Suzanne was very friendly and quickly emailed a troubleshooting guide to me that was specific to our problem. The first solution on their guide solved our problem (loose temp sensor wire) and we were back up and running within 5 minutes. Truly stellar experience!
