Absolutely amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service. Had my large format press break unexpectedly. The part is a large piece of cast metal that is 100% needed to use the press and one that doesn't usually break so it's not available on their regular parts site. Aaron was able to get the part shipped out in a day via next day air. I was expecting a huge bill for this unusual piece but it was only $140 on a $14K press! I will be buying all of my presses from GeoKnight from here on.

Been using Geo Knight presses for 4 years Our company is currently using 4 Geo Knight heat presses and I have been working in the sublimation department for 3 years now. I am constantly impressed with the quality of work that comes off the press. There are times when we have many items to get thru with little to know downtime thanks to the dependability of the presses. The dual maxipress is my favorite, it is very easy to use and saves us time being able to rotate product thru the process due to the 2 tables. In running the department, many of my employees are equally impressed with the ease of use, short time it takes to use the press and the vibrancy of the colors that are produced.

customer service relations is phenomenal … customer service relations is phenomenal and very much appreciated. I have had 2 small concerns with my DK20S and both times i received communications back within a few hours. Both time they offered and stated they would take care of the issue at no cost to me. Quality customer service is hard to find sometimes. But not here. very satisfied. I will no shop anyplace else for my heat press needs.

Nothing Short of Excellence! I can only echo the statements seen here as 100% true! The company has been nothing short of fantastic to work with and their incredible response time helps keep businesses up and running. Aaron is fantastic to work with and Geo Knight will go out of their way to support an already incredible product. I have only positive things to say to others about the Geo Knight company and product line!

Compare and Believe! Customer service is missing with so many companies, but not with this one! I have been treated so well by this company. I am so happy to see that the Geo Knight Company is reintroducing great customer service to all industries. If you have problem, call customer service and be prepared to be treated respectfully a fairly. Other heat presses may be be prettier, and I am hoping that those that do not own a GK Heat Press are happy with their pretty problem. Before you buy anything else please believe me and, compare compare compare!
