Where to start Where to start? Geo. Knight, and specifically Aaron Knight have provided, without a doubt, the most superb customer service I've ever experience. Aaron, himself, has taken the time on several occasions, to give me tech support, like I was family. That means a LOT to a small business...I assure you! I don't make many absolute statements, but I have been and will continue to be a user and purchased of his product line. The simplicity and quality of our DK20 Auto release is superb... second ONLY to the quality of customer care offered by Aaron and his crew at Geo. Knight

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. We called with a question, they sent out some parts, free of charge. Our problem was solved and we are grateful to be a part of the GEO KNIGHT family!! :) We have two heat presses currently and will only purchase from Geo Knight Co in the future. We are absolutely impressed with this company, their products and support. We are absolutely impressed with this company and their heat presses as well as support from them. We currently have 4 of their presses 2 - Maxipresses, a K20SP Swinger and a 294 Swinger. They are tanks and perform exceptionally. Just as an example, from October 1 to January 1 we have run 12,780 prints through these without so much as a hiccup and we have had these for years!

Compare and Believe! Customer service is missing with so many companies, but not with this one! I have been treated so well by this company. I am so happy to see that the Geo Knight Company is reintroducing great customer service to all industries. If you have problem, call customer service and be prepared to be treated respectfully a fairly. Other heat presses may be be prettier, and I am hoping that those that do not own a GK Heat Press are happy with their pretty problem. Before you buy anything else please believe me and, compare compare compare!

Absolutely amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service. Had my large format press break unexpectedly. The part is a large piece of cast metal that is 100% needed to use the press and one that doesn't usually break so it's not available on their regular parts site. Aaron was able to get the part shipped out in a day via next day air. I was expecting a huge bill for this unusual piece but it was only $140 on a $14K press! I will be buying all of my presses from GeoKnight from here on.
