Carriage install James was great walking me through the carriage install. He did an excellent job explaining everything we were doing and then took the time at the end to go over a few things that were not mentioned when setting up the printer.

James Lee was fantastic James Lee was fantastic. I had an error code come up on my Ri1000 DTG printer. He walked me through the issue and helped me fix it. Very patient and knowledgeable. Seems like the tech support has really improved over the past year.

Technical support was a waste of time! Jason Lee with technical support was not helpful AT ALL! The least technical support can do is provide as much information on the issues with their product as possible. We, as the owners of these printers, have to invest time and money to replace and repair parts and issues with the printer, so learning as much as possible about each situation is paramount to ensure better results in the future. That guy was condescending and had no idea how to address my questions and concerns. He tried to rush me off the phone call as soon as I held him accountable to the information he gave me. It clearly annoyed him that I’d ask him why the solution he gave would remedy the issue with maintenance draining all the ink from my cartridges abnormally fast. Customer service is severely lacking, especially with Jason Lee!
