Outstanding Customer service &authentic … Outstanding Customer service &authentic product! I ordered Creed Aventus Parfum. This fragrance is frequently copied &not authentic. Not only did Notino have the best price, the product was the real deal! Prior to purchase,they provided fast ,courteous replys to several questions about details of the product .

Great deals and wide selection of designer and niche fragrances. I’ve been purchasing fragrances from Notino for over 5 months, and have spent $2500+. I’m very happy with the quality of their products, and their prices are better or comparable, typically better, to other sites. I’ve watched several different fragrance reviewers on YouTube, and they have recommended Notino. Their time to ship, and the actual shipping time are also very fast. Many times I can place an order at the beginning of the week, and the order will arrive by the weekend (from New Jersey to Texas). Some of the brands I’ve purchased include Tom Ford, Creed, Francis Kurkdjan, Parfums de Marly, and Amouage. Their clearance fragrances are incredible deals, often 40-70% less than retail. Awesome site I will continue to shop at.

Customer Service was terrible Customer Service was terrible. I bought an item and returned it unopened for a refund to Notino. I was notified that I would have a response un roughly 2 weeks. After waiting over a month, I called and my refund had not been processed. Customer Service said they would look into the matter and 3-4 days later I got my refund credited after 2 months. Talked with a supervisor who was going to credit me $10 for my inconvenience in an email. After a week, nothing. I called back and they had no knowledge of this. They then issued me a 5% off credit, WHICH expired. Inexcusable service.

Shady Business I ordered an inexpensive bottle of Cologne and received it no problems. But the next day I ordered 2 bottles of parfums de marly brand Colognes, which are obviously much more expensive, and got an email saying my order had been placed on hold due to possible fraudulent activities. Now this was on black Friday so I got a discount code which shaved a lot off the price and was supposed to be a gift for Christmas but after I called there costumer service number, I was told that it had been completely blocked and that I was gonna get my money refunded. It actually feels like the only possible fraudulent activity thats going on is by notino. I honestly think I'd rather pay more for a guaranteed product then go through that again. I can't trust that.

Worst Company Ever This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. My transaction was denied as a possible fraudulent transaction 2 times. I called each time and spoke with customer service - which was totally not helpful. I would never order from Notino again and will tell everyone that I know not to order from this company.
