GBOrdered my products on Dec11,2022 via… Ordered my products on Dec11,2022 via 2day shop runner. Called Fresh customer service and was informed that company was experiencing a delay. Because my order was a gift for my daughter, I told representative to send me a return label. To date, no merchandise, no return label. I did receive my bill from my credit card company.

MYDisappointing Customer Service Experience Upon discovering that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, I was informed through an email, and without any consideration for my preference, the remaining items were shipped, excluding the Gift With Purchase (GWP) that initially attracted me to the purchase. I promptly requested a cancellation of the entire order, emphasizing my desire to repurchase after resolving the stock issue and ensuring fairness. To my dismay, the order was shipped against my explicit request, citing it as a policy. This not only contradicts my intention to refund but also highlights a lack of customer-centricity on their end. The subsequent return process added to my frustration, with Customer Service responding only at the end of their operating hours, limiting communication to one correspondence per day. I attempted to reach out through alternative channels like WhatsApp, but encountered silence. This extended delay in response raises concerns about the sincerity and efficiency of fresh.con customer service.

GBTerrible and Nasty customer service It was my first time placing an online order with Fresh. They had a promo code that lowered the pricing which was a good deal since I was placing an order for a few things. Their shipping is a complete joke. I received an email the night before for a delayed shipping date. It was shipping next week. When I received out to customer service, no apologies nor sincere efforts to resolve the issue. It was a generic response of they had "no control over the shipping delay or transit. And thank you for your understanding." This will be my last order with them. Hopefully, I receive the ordered products after seeing how many reviews haven't received their orders.

GBNo customer service and total scam! Be careful and don’t order with this company because there’s no customer service. I called multiple times trying to contract to return an already opened item but no one ever picks up. I emailed them twice and no one ever replied. Save yourself the trouble and pick another skincare line to use. Worst company!

I will never order from their web site again, and will be using different products from other beauty brands.
