Headline offer was free gift set worth £32 on every order over £60 so we increased our basket to £80 told not qualify as used 10%. I then emailed asking to cancel. 1 hour later had email stating dispatched very convenient. My Wife spends on average £100 -200 per month on skin care/make up, so your loss won't use again.

GBFabulous! I order from Fresh every year at Christmas time to take advantage or their fantastic free gift offers (which are amazing). My orders have always come perfectly packed and within no more than 3 days from ordering which is unheard of during the busiest shopping season of the year! I love their products and the Lotus range is so good! (UK customer)

GBYou have to pay for your own return You have to pay for your own return. I sent a web form minutes after making a purchase to cancel an order. The next day I sent another one pleading them to halt this order so I can be refunded. Customer service was non existent. It took days for me to get a hold of someone over the phone and when I did, the experience was frustrating. I don't think I want to shop at Fresh anymore.

MYDisappointing Customer Service Experience Upon discovering that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, I was informed through an email, and without any consideration for my preference, the remaining items were shipped, excluding the Gift With Purchase (GWP) that initially attracted me to the purchase. I promptly requested a cancellation of the entire order, emphasizing my desire to repurchase after resolving the stock issue and ensuring fairness. To my dismay, the order was shipped against my explicit request, citing it as a policy. This not only contradicts my intention to refund but also highlights a lack of customer-centricity on their end. The subsequent return process added to my frustration, with Customer Service responding only at the end of their operating hours, limiting communication to one correspondence per day. I attempted to reach out through alternative channels like WhatsApp, but encountered silence. This extended delay in response raises concerns about the sincerity and efficiency of fresh.con customer service.

DEMy product never arrived My product never arrived. I have been waiting for 5 weeks already. I emailed customer service several times without getting any reply. I will never order with this company again and can only warn others not to lose their time and money by trusting this company.
