Rude and arrogant, bad customer service Fresh is a terrible company. For starters they are still using octinoxate in their SPF products which is known to harm sea life. They are marked as “clean beauty” at Sephora and they shouldn’t be. I let Sephora know as much and also wrote to the company. They completely dismissed my concerns and sent me a statement that rambled on about their product safety. I never said their products weren’t safe for people, I was addressing the environmental concerns. Just their general tone is dismissive and lacking insight. I will not be buying their products anymore.

I love fresh I love fresh! I always order the soy cleanser and the rose face cream. I use the cleanser morning and evening and it takes off my makeup with just one use! The rose cream I use as a night moisturiser because it is so thick and creamy. Deliveries always arrive on time and I love the freebies! Will always continue to use

No customer service and total scam! Be careful and don’t order with this company because there’s no customer service. I called multiple times trying to contract to return an already opened item but no one ever picks up. I emailed them twice and no one ever replied. Save yourself the trouble and pick another skincare line to use. Worst company!

Bait & Switch + No Customer Service Placed an order during the cyber week but the advertised discount was not applied to my order. The lower price was shown until after I checked out and then the confirmation page showed a higher amount was charged to my card. I've never encountered a situation like this. Contacted customer service twice with no response. Had to submit a dispute with my credit card transaction.

Straight out Scam. Placed an order, but never received the package. UPS tracking claims the product was damaged during transit and has been returned to sender. I've spent the past 2 weeks trying to get my money back but it can never get a hold of anyone. Emails and messages aren't answered, calls to their customer service always goes to voice mail, which they never responded.
