GBHighly Disappointed with a Brand that I liked I must say I am so disappointed with the service I have received. The UK Customer Service team was not helpful and it was actually an appalling service. The delay to resolution has meant I could not use my birthday discount. I had insufficient help which had meant me going to my bank for a claim as I made a transaction with no delivery of goods.

FRWorst online experience I made an order 1 months ago, and i received it but 1 item was missing. (60$) I tried to contact the customer service by email and by Instagram. But I had an horrible expérience, the worst customer service ever !!! I’m still waiting for a refund. But no response. Don’t order on this web site. So bad because i used to love these products but this online experience convince me to never buy again from Fresh.

GBRude and arrogant, bad customer service Fresh is a terrible company. For starters they are still using octinoxate in their SPF products which is known to harm sea life. They are marked as “clean beauty” at Sephora and they shouldn’t be. I let Sephora know as much and also wrote to the company. They completely dismissed my concerns and sent me a statement that rambled on about their product safety. I never said their products weren’t safe for people, I was addressing the environmental concerns. Just their general tone is dismissive and lacking insight. I will not be buying their products anymore.

GBFabulous! I order from Fresh every year at Christmas time to take advantage or their fantastic free gift offers (which are amazing). My orders have always come perfectly packed and within no more than 3 days from ordering which is unheard of during the busiest shopping season of the year! I love their products and the Lotus range is so good! (UK customer)

GBBait & Switch + No Customer Service Placed an order during the cyber week but the advertised discount was not applied to my order. The lower price was shown until after I checked out and then the confirmation page showed a higher amount was charged to my card. I've never encountered a situation like this. Contacted customer service twice with no response. Had to submit a dispute with my credit card transaction.
