GBI recently had an incredibly disappointing I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sephora's online shopping platform. After placing an order, I realized there was a duplicate order due to a system error. Despite reaching out to customer support within an hour of placing the order, I was informed that it was already being prepared at the distribution center and couldn't be cancelled. A week prior Sephora had cancelled my order without informing me about it but couldn't cancel the order within an hour. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when I've been a loyal customer. Moving forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, as this experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied.

GBI ordered over £60 worth of products… I ordered over £60 worth of products along with 2 free samples. However when I opened my parcel I noticed ONLY ONE of the free samples id ordered was in there! NO sign of my products! Upon further inspection of the box it appeared to have been tampered with at the side which I hadn’t touched upon opening. Upon review of the weight from the shipping label on the box we re weighed only to find the parcel was almost 200g lighter than stated on label! This makes me suspect the products had previously been in there but had been stolen at some point before I received it. Will be writing a similar review for evri given that they were the couriers! What a waste of £60 an absolute disgrace!

ZAProducts and employees The products are great but some of your employees are just rude to the core.

GRSephora The lady who helped me was super nice she was great. I found everything I wanted without any distractions. I obviously will be coming soon and I hope I will found the same lady at the store

AETerrible staff Terrible staff. I went in to buy a foundation at DCC and she kept commenting on my skin. I requested her to try a couple of brands but instead of helping me pick my skin for those brands, she kept showing me other foundation brands and tested them on me. The brands I didn’t want were tested on the left side of my face which literally started creating small acne spots on my skin. She said those foundation were great for my skin due to my dry skin.. and tried to push it on me… what kind of beauty consultants are these? More like salesperson:)
