Think she found it quite funny when I explained my hot flushes and my concerns about durability throughout the day. Message. I placed an order for $100+ I placed an order for $100+, but they cancelled it without any explanation. I combined the set of beauty products and make up. Now, the black Friday is gone and I ended up with nothing. It's my first and last experience with Este Lauder. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. DON'T RECOMMEND and will spend my money elsewhere and will make sure it's not the part of Estée Lauder family.

With so many companies sending next day delivery, Estee Lauder really need to update and fall in line with other companies to get orders out faster for their customers. To my mind this is poor customer service.

Double Wear gel eye pencils rubbish My daughter bought me 2 Double Wear gel eye pencils as a present. They break every time I try to sharpen them - I have bought an Este Lauder sharpener. I still can’t sharpen them - the gel just disintegrates. My other eye pencils sharpen no problem. I can’t find any customer services to use. I will never buy Ester Lauder if I get no response from this as I have spent hours trying to sort the problem of these expensive pencils.

Very poor service .Items arrived… Very poor service .Items arrived defected and you cannot reach the customer service .The Website is also very non funtionable .you cannot leave messages.very complicated .this is not what Estee Lauder was in the past 70s .the prices are very high and in the past you get some gifts and now its a very unsatisfied service .I want to give this small perfume as a gift .but not in this condition .the box arrived defected and one parfum the small white linnen dont open .I must brake it for open .this makes me very angry .
