High quality products & amazing customer support! Our order came in & the tops were smaller than expected. We called the company to find out how to resolve & they immediately input a new order (one size up) for us. They didn't charge us for this or for additional shipping! We were extremely impressed with this level of customer service AND the high quality product that was provided. We ordered shirts & a hoodie - the prints are within the material, not simply ironed on. We anticipate that this will last forever and we LOVE these tops. Horrible backlogs Horrible backlogs. My company decided to order unit shirts and hoodies back in March. It's almost September and all we've gotten are excuses and "we'll ship in two weeks." This is horrendous customer service and we will never order again, and will caution other units not to use this company either.

After the ownership change After the ownership change, the emails and phone calls I received promising to make past transgressions right, i gave Emblem a chance and couldnt be happier that i did. I want to thank the new team for following through with those promises in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to support the company moving forward.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Emblem has great types of weed, but thier turn arround time from placing order to receiving order has gone from 4 days to over 10 for me. I am a vet and expect that they don't have a enough staff. To complete an order in the same day as place this makes me start to wonder why? I have seen other reviews saying they fixed this yet you others are not truthful in your praises. If they dont fix this then I will just go else where, to a company that d9es place the orders daily and not every 3 days to send out and then knowing it says Tuesday and won't get til Thursday.

NEGATIVE 10 stars Is there a way to give a NEGATIVE 5 star rating?! If so WELL FLIPPIN EARNED! Our fire department made MULTIPLE $200 dollar orders and this company made out like bandits with well over a grand of hard earn money and STILL NO PRODUCT OVER A YEAR LATER!!!! The excuses are given left and right. I would order or trust this company and they need to be investigated claiming to be a veteran related. No self respect service member would ever allow this type of garbage service or excuses. Disgusting and flippin shameful.
