GBGiving "Former Military" a bad name Giving "Former Military" a bad name, one order at a time. Order placed in April, followed by a bunch of non-committal emails. Finally agreed to give my money back while still completing my order. Empty promise. Still no shirts, still no refund. Basically a scam site.

GBHorrible backlogs Horrible backlogs. My company decided to order unit shirts and hoodies back in March. It's almost September and all we've gotten are excuses and "we'll ship in two weeks." This is horrendous customer service and we will never order again, and will caution other units not to use this company either.

GBAfter the ownership change After the ownership change, the emails and phone calls I received promising to make past transgressions right, i gave Emblem a chance and couldnt be happier that i did. I want to thank the new team for following through with those promises in a timely manner. Will definitely continue to support the company moving forward.

GBNew Ownership is Great! The new owner Mike personally reached out and I didn’t pick up the call because I was still grumpy about my year old order I never received. He left me a voicemail and told me my new gear was coming for free. I chuckled and ignored the voicemail. A couple weeks later he kept his word! My order was delivered and it was amazing material. Thank you Mike for rectifying the past! Will order more again!

GBEmblem Athletic: Unreliable and Unresponsive Unfortunately, my experience with Emblem Athletic was quite disappointing. I waited patiently for months after placing an order in December 2022 with a delivery target of March 2023, but the item never showed up. The situation was made worse by the lack of information and clarity surrounding the delay. Due to the business's failure to deliver the promised service, I was forced to use a chargeback in May 2023, which I did out of irritation. I made two attempts to get in touch with their customer service team July 2023 in the hopes of a better outcome. Sadly, nothing came of my efforts, and I got nowhere.
