New Owner! The new owner has turned this place around offering those who unfortunately had to deal with the back log of orders and never hear from them again. Mike placed in some awesome features to allow those waiting on orders to either get a store credit or their original order. I received my order in less than three weeks from my request!! The transition and process was smooth and the quality of the material is amazing!

Horrible backlogs Horrible backlogs. My company decided to order unit shirts and hoodies back in March. It's almost September and all we've gotten are excuses and "we'll ship in two weeks." This is horrendous customer service and we will never order again, and will caution other units not to use this company either.

An unfortunate scam I ordered shirts for my ROTC cadets. I asked for a receipt attached for book keeping and an update. I was told 18 days processing, alright no problem. I’m going on day 30 here soon, and no update had been given. As well as being told I was sent a copy of my receipt, which I wasn’t. Unfortunately, since it’s not my money and actually belongs to the college, I only see setting a chargeback as a way forward unless they right their wrongs. My cadets have asked me multiple times about shirts, and I wrongly put my faith in this company. Stay away.

I have spent the last 2 weeks inquiring… I have spent the last 2 weeks inquiring about a Xmas gift I ordered on Dec 3rd the single worst e commerce experience I have ever had, no phone number to call so I have not received my purchase and its now Jan2nd. The customer service is so bad they did not redirect the delivery but allowed themselves to receive my delivery at their offices in San Diego. Julietta has now given me an email run around for our a week. DO NOT ORDER FROM EMBLEM ATHLETIC They will not process a refund either which is more infuriating. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

NEGATIVE 10 stars Is there a way to give a NEGATIVE 5 star rating?! If so WELL FLIPPIN EARNED! Our fire department made MULTIPLE $200 dollar orders and this company made out like bandits with well over a grand of hard earn money and STILL NO PRODUCT OVER A YEAR LATER!!!! The excuses are given left and right. I would order or trust this company and they need to be investigated claiming to be a veteran related. No self respect service member would ever allow this type of garbage service or excuses. Disgusting and flippin shameful.
