Burn your money I placed an order over two years ago that has yet to be fulfilled. I understand it's gone through more than one ownership change, but if you're not going to fulfill an order then just give me the money back. I checked in multiple times and was always told to be patient. This last check-in I was sent a questionnaire about how someone did. That's it- no response, no "Please be patient", just a 1-5 rating. Fairly pissed off at this point

An unfortunate scam I ordered shirts for my ROTC cadets. I asked for a receipt attached for book keeping and an update. I was told 18 days processing, alright no problem. I’m going on day 30 here soon, and no update had been given. As well as being told I was sent a copy of my receipt, which I wasn’t. Unfortunately, since it’s not my money and actually belongs to the college, I only see setting a chargeback as a way forward unless they right their wrongs. My cadets have asked me multiple times about shirts, and I wrongly put my faith in this company. Stay away.

5* RATINGS?! BOTS! 1* RATING DO NOT BUY! Those that give this company 5* ratings are bots. I have been waiting for my 2 hoodies for over a year now and still have yet to receive it. I get offered the right to refund if I do not wish to wait and attempt to take it just to constantly get pushed to another representative each time I inquire about why I havent been refunded. For This company to be “vets” is a honest joke. If they were vets they would have the mindset to get some damn pep-in-their-step and get something done rather than scamming and going bankrupt because of how terrible this Team is at doing business.

New Owner! The new owner has turned this place around offering those who unfortunately had to deal with the back log of orders and never hear from them again. Mike placed in some awesome features to allow those waiting on orders to either get a store credit or their original order. I received my order in less than three weeks from my request!! The transition and process was smooth and the quality of the material is amazing!

Finally agreed to give my money back while still completing my order. Empty promise. Still no shirts, still no refund. Basically a scam site.
