GBNEGATIVE 10 stars Is there a way to give a NEGATIVE 5 star rating?! If so WELL FLIPPIN EARNED! Our fire department made MULTIPLE $200 dollar orders and this company made out like bandits with well over a grand of hard earn money and STILL NO PRODUCT OVER A YEAR LATER!!!! The excuses are given left and right. I would order or trust this company and they need to be investigated claiming to be a veteran related. No self respect service member would ever allow this type of garbage service or excuses. Disgusting and flippin shameful.

GBBurn your money I placed an order over two years ago that has yet to be fulfilled. I understand it's gone through more than one ownership change, but if you're not going to fulfill an order then just give me the money back. I checked in multiple times and was always told to be patient. This last check-in I was sent a questionnaire about how someone did. That's it- no response, no "Please be patient", just a 1-5 rating. Fairly pissed off at this point

GB7 month order, wrong items, cheap material Took the company 7 months to finally deliver 1 hoodie and 1 T-shirt. The products received were not what was advertised and were very poor quality with cheap materials. I will be attempting to return them and get my money back; hopefully that goes faster than ordering by did. If they refuse I will attempt to go through AMEX to get my money back and will be throwing the clothes away. That’s how bad they are.

GBAn unfortunate scam I ordered shirts for my ROTC cadets. I asked for a receipt attached for book keeping and an update. I was told 18 days processing, alright no problem. I’m going on day 30 here soon, and no update had been given. As well as being told I was sent a copy of my receipt, which I wasn’t. Unfortunately, since it’s not my money and actually belongs to the college, I only see setting a chargeback as a way forward unless they right their wrongs. My cadets have asked me multiple times about shirts, and I wrongly put my faith in this company. Stay away.

GBVery pleased with new owners While the former owners did not fulfill their order, the new owners made it right. It had been over 2 years since I had placed my order when the new owners bought the company and realized what a train wreck they had inherited. They could have easily said “not our problem” and moved on, but they didn’t. They fulfilled my order and shipped in a timely manner. The shirts themselves are great! High quality! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to commemorate a deployment or bring a unit together through swag.
