GBHorrible Customer service Horrible Customer service. More than likely A scam. They are definitely giving military companies a bad rap. I would not recommend using this company. They will take your money but good luck getting what you ordered. There are other good Military Vet companies that will use from now on that are reputable and have good service.

GBI have spent the last 2 weeks inquiring… I have spent the last 2 weeks inquiring about a Xmas gift I ordered on Dec 3rd the single worst e commerce experience I have ever had, no phone number to call so I have not received my purchase and its now Jan2nd. The customer service is so bad they did not redirect the delivery but allowed themselves to receive my delivery at their offices in San Diego. Julietta has now given me an email run around for our a week. DO NOT ORDER FROM EMBLEM ATHLETIC They will not process a refund either which is more infuriating. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

GBNew Owner! The new owner has turned this place around offering those who unfortunately had to deal with the back log of orders and never hear from them again. Mike placed in some awesome features to allow those waiting on orders to either get a store credit or their original order. I received my order in less than three weeks from my request!! The transition and process was smooth and the quality of the material is amazing!

GBNew Ownership is Great! The new owner Mike personally reached out and I didn’t pick up the call because I was still grumpy about my year old order I never received. He left me a voicemail and told me my new gear was coming for free. I chuckled and ignored the voicemail. A couple weeks later he kept his word! My order was delivered and it was amazing material. Thank you Mike for rectifying the past! Will order more again!

CABAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Emblem has great types of weed, but thier turn arround time from placing order to receiving order has gone from 4 days to over 10 for me. I am a vet and expect that they don't have a enough staff. To complete an order in the same day as place this makes me start to wonder why? I have seen other reviews saying they fixed this yet you others are not truthful in your praises. If they dont fix this then I will just go else where, to a company that d9es place the orders daily and not every 3 days to send out and then knowing it says Tuesday and won't get til Thursday.
