GBUPS is terrible. CardFool service is great I ordered a card that didn't arrive so I contacted Tim who immediately responded. He said they mailed it but they promptly overnighted me a new card. The original card showed through the UPS three weeks after they mailed it to me. So they had actually mailed the card but clearly the UPS had an issue. Thank you for the excellent service and for your responsiveness to my problem.

GBVery happy with Customer Service I ordered a birthday card from CardFool.com and after 10 days it had not arrived. I checked the USPS tracking number supplied and learned that the card, shipped from Missouri to me in Florida wound up in a Salt Lake City distribution center where it languished for several days. After that it spent a couple of days in an Atlanta distribution center. I contacted CardFool and expressed my disappointment that I hadn't received the card. They immediately sent me a replacement! That's what I call excellent service!! The delay, of course, was caused by the USPS.

Every card I’ve created turned out great. I’m a bit perplexed with any negative views, as I have only had positive experiences. So glad to see this available. Thank You.

GBI received an order missing an item I received an order missing an item. I have emailed them four times through their system---the only way they make available to reach them---and have had no response. I have finally resorted to writing a bad review to get their attention. I will see if they publish this or get in touch with me.

DECould be better - no (answer from) customer service In December 2021, I have ordered 4 cards with 2 different orders. 3 out of 4 cards have been sent, shipped and received, but the status for the last one still says "Order has been processed. Waiting to be shipped!" in April 2022! I have contacted or at least tried various people via the contact form and email that has been provided by digging deeper on the website. By the way, that contact information is gone now and the contact form doesn't work - "site has been moved". Up to date I have never ever received an answer! I guess I am lucky to have had 3 out of 4 cards at least. But service and availability could be way better - especially in ways of responding to complaints.
