GBMother’s Day is ruined I used this service to send my mother a card for Mother’s Day and they sent it addressed from the wrong person. How and why does this even happen? I then contacted them for support but received no response. They also sent the card several weeks early, instead of to arrive promptly in time for the holiday. Which is strange but at least this would have given them some time to resolve their issue and actually send the card again addressed from ME? But like I said, no response and they did nothing to help. Horrible all around.

MXBuyer beware! I am really disappointed that no one has gotten back to me. I am a paying member and I got locked out of my account for some reason. I got an error message. I’ve reached out several times for help and no one has gotten back to me. I am unaware of there being any contact via phone. I actually had to pay an additional amount just to Send a card to a family member the day before yesterday. Their customer service sucks. Never again will I be fooled.

GBI received an order missing an item I received an order missing an item. I have emailed them four times through their system---the only way they make available to reach them---and have had no response. I have finally resorted to writing a bad review to get their attention. I will see if they publish this or get in touch with me.

GBE-cards don’t arrive! For Mother’s Day I paid $1.99 to send an e-card. For a recent birthday I paid the same for another e-card. I asked the receiver today, if they received any emails from CardFool, response was No! There’s a link on the email confirmations I received to contact CardFool, but they’re not valid. I’m in the UK, so I’m not going to phone them. The €1.99 isn’t a fortune, but can you imagine the 1000’s not getting delivered & the benefit to CardFool. So, my credit card company will reverse the charges. Don’t use this company

GBPoor customer service, unecessarily late card I have used CardFool a number of times with no issue, however; this last transaction has left a poor taste. I ordered two cards, one of which was two weeks prior to when I needed it. They order update stated they had shipped the card on 7/16/23 date, which should have been plenty of time before the two weeks were up. The card didn't arrive in time two weeks later, unfortunately. Investigating, I looked closer at the shipping tracker. Even though the order update said they shipped on 7/16/23 the USPS didn't even receive it until 7/24/23, over a week later. I have been awaiting response from support for 3 days now and ufortunately have no response on why this happened, or any communication about compensation or refund. At this point I think I have to eat the useless birthday card and will move on to a competitor.
