Disappointed with no contact I was excited to f ind your site and found your ecards interesting and entertaining. I found one that was just perfect and proceeded to join and send it. My pleasure stopped there. I was given a message that the recipient's email was invalid, that mine that I had just opened my account with was invalid, also, and could find no way to ask for help. Couldn't find a way to contact company . I am very disappointed with the site as I had planned to use it again but now have my doubts about it's practices and legitimacy. Seems a very strange way to attract new customers.Would love to find out my impression is wrong but I don't see how I will ever know since I have no way discuss my problem with them......

Cardfool screwed up order and sent mine… Cardfool screwed up order and sent mine to someone else and their cards to me (invoice in package did not match shipping label). Since I had other person’s address I shipped her cards to her (at my expense of $16.10) and she will send me my cards. Both of us have tried to contact customer service to resolve (me with multiple emails to a supposed emily@cardfool and her with multiple voicemails because no one answered customer service number - 5 + days ago). Zero response to either of us. At minimum we should both be reimbursed for our shipping costs based on Cardfools shipping screwup. The only reason 2 stars instead of 1 is because I’ve had one previous order they managed not to mess up.

Be Wary Also masquerade as Upliftingcards.com. I got emails from them, I guess I must have given them my address at some point, but from Upliftingcards, not Cardfool. My bugbear (and I think it's illegal right? certainly very poor practice at least) was that there was no unsubscribe link in the email and I've no had to message them to ask them to unsubscribe me.

Mother’s Day is ruined I used this service to send my mother a card for Mother’s Day and they sent it addressed from the wrong person. How and why does this even happen? I then contacted them for support but received no response. They also sent the card several weeks early, instead of to arrive promptly in time for the holiday. Which is strange but at least this would have given them some time to resolve their issue and actually send the card again addressed from ME? But like I said, no response and they did nothing to help. Horrible all around.

Could be better - no (answer from) customer service In December 2021, I have ordered 4 cards with 2 different orders. 3 out of 4 cards have been sent, shipped and received, but the status for the last one still says "Order has been processed. Waiting to be shipped!" in April 2022! I have contacted or at least tried various people via the contact form and email that has been provided by digging deeper on the website. By the way, that contact information is gone now and the contact form doesn't work - "site has been moved". Up to date I have never ever received an answer! I guess I am lucky to have had 3 out of 4 cards at least. But service and availability could be way better - especially in ways of responding to complaints.
