THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID THEM!! How do I give NO STARS? I ordered an OEM Sharp toner cartridge for my copier. The cartridge was defective. The people at Inktech refused to replace it, saying the warranty was with Sharp. The Sharp people gave me phone numbers of dealers who told be to take it up with InkTech. Everyone pointed fingers at someone else. It was a total run-around and I am left with a defective toner and a wasted day. AVOID InkTech at all costs!

Beware of Ink Technologies Laser Toner Beware of Ink Technologies Laser Toner. Their Inkjet cartridges seem to work ok, but their toner plugged up my Lanier LD430c Color Laser Printer and it cost me $500.00 to get it repaired. After placing another Ink Technologies Toner Cartridge in, it did the same thing. Then putting a genuine cartridge in, the Ink Technologies Toner had again plugged up my printer and it was going to cost another $500.00 to repair. Instead I am purchasing a new Laser printer and will not buy from IT again.

I have a printing company for over 10… I have a printing company for over 10 years. I had a order of ink toner and they stated that since I ordered the toner to NJ ( which is where my printing company is and my billing address is in CT, and due to the fact that they cant verify my address on UPS (have no idea why) I'm possibly fraudulent. Remember I have been in business for years. So they will need to cancel my order..... WOW what an insult. YOU need to check your verification system. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH EVER AGAIN..... I should have read their reviews before I even ordered!!

Quality & price beyond expectations! Our toner was out and the company who supplied the machine told us we were unable to order new toner and that we would need to purchase a whole new system. I went on Google and InkTech came up. They had the toner we needed at an AMAZING price compared to any other site. The toner arrived in a very quick manner and was very easy to install. Our printer is back up and running and I highly recommend InkTech to anyone looking for toner.

great customer service purchased ink cartridges Aug 2019 with 1-year warranty, cartridges were recently rejected because of Epson firmware update and they replaced the entire order with no questions asked. Was ready for a battle but they slammed dunked the customer service when I called. 8/3/20 Victor E
