Great to work with! Intially we were just looking for some rf terminals to replace the existing ones that we have in our warehouse and the problem was that we needed more than just the RF terminals. The workflow was too complicated. Val helped scope out the project and introduced us to a simple off the shelf software that with minor tweeking worked perfectly with our older mainframe system. We now regularly use RJL for anything barcode related.

I placed my order on February 28 I placed my order on February 28, 2019. Today is April 1, 2019 and I have yet to have anyone answer the phone or reply to my voice mail messages. This is terrible costumer service. I will also be looking for my refund.

Excellent overall. I had a very positive experience with RJL. I was able to find a set of headphones that were in stock and ready to ship that I had been unable to find elsewhere (Amazon was 7 weeks for shipping!) There was some slight confusion on my end regarding order status, but a phone call and email (answered within an hour) cleared things right up. Every employee I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend RJL to anyone that needs quality electronics and outstanding service. Thanks again, RJL!

After 3 weeks of waiting for my product … After 3 weeks of waiting for my product I decided to e-mail them to see where my item was. I did not receive a response after 2 days. I then called. I was told that my product was in stock but did not ship and he did not know why. What I did get promptly was the invoice and paid it immediately. Very poor service
