Great purchasing experience but communication seems poor I ordered 2 printers 7 days ago and have not received a shipping notification. Unlike other online retail operations, I feel in the dark about my order. Not purchasing with this company before, and never heard about them before, I'm beginning to be skeptical about my buying experience. Even when I order items from China, I at least get a notification that the order is processing. I hope this company proves me wrong. The only corispondance I've received was a link to this survey, so as they asked; I'm leaving a review. I'm not happy that my item hasn't shipped in 7 days and I'm not happy with zero communication about my order. The buying experience was pleasant though.

Great service! Richard over at RJL was incredibly helpful, came up with timely solutions for us, and provided impeccable service. Where other companies failed to deliver on our short timeline, Richard quickly sourced the hardware we needed, and had it shipped directly to us in the field. Thank you!

not great ordered a product from the website and then was told several days later that it was unavailable. no mention on the website that it was coming from a third party.

I need to do more business with RJL! The BEST! Richard Logis was prompt, direct, knowledgeable, and courteous with our emergency order last week...our first order we placed with RJL. I was hesitant to work with a new vendor, but after working with Richard and feeling confident he knew exactly the product I was looking for and that we'd get it in the timeframe we needed, we placed the order. His follow up - sending tracking notifications without asking even! - was impeccable! I wish all of our vendor-partners operated this way! 10 stars!

Terrible Customer Service Placed order# (53170) on 12/2/2020 and have not received any tracking or delivery information. Called twice and have not had any response.
