Updated Review - Waiting for order to arrive. I placed an online order #2519 on January 1st. Had some issues, but with Richard Logis' help, we should be receiving our order soon. Richard was very helpful with explaining the issues that occurred with my order. He will handle the order himself to be sure there are no other problems. We will watch for order to arrive. Don't waste your time. Ordered an item from their site indicated several hundred were in stock. Receive an email the next day that says. Unfortunately we are unable to fulfill the order. We have canceled the order, and your credit card was not charged. Please feel free to follow up with us anytime in the future for anything else you need. Thank you! RJL Technology Integration I try again, same thing, so I ask why, no response. Another reseller had it and shipped it promptly. That is why this is one of those sights full of vaporware. REPLY: An honest answer, rather that a vague answer is always better. Removing the item from your website would have prevented us from having this discussion or noting the products status. Perhaps you will learn from this advice. Best of luck in your business ventures.

Problems Solved Review Update: I previously wrote "We ordered a barcode program exactly one week ago. We already have the software. All we need is the activation code. You can't tell me that it takes an entire week to get an activation code and email it to us. If I waited a week to send products out to my customers I wouldn't have any left." Since then, the customer service here has been exceptional. The delay in shipping was due to the software "manufacturer" not RJL. And the guys at RJL went above and beyond to get the info we needed. The mark of a great company is not whether mistakes are made, but how they are handled. In this instance, I could not have asked for more. Way to win my loyalty!

I need to do more business with RJL! The BEST! Richard Logis was prompt, direct, knowledgeable, and courteous with our emergency order last week...our first order we placed with RJL. I was hesitant to work with a new vendor, but after working with Richard and feeling confident he knew exactly the product I was looking for and that we'd get it in the timeframe we needed, we placed the order. His follow up - sending tracking notifications without asking even! - was impeccable! I wish all of our vendor-partners operated this way! 10 stars!
